Exchange and Returns

At Arsenic by Mehma Tibb, we put immense care into crafting each piece meticulously and we hope you love what you receive. Please read our policy below before placing an order.  

Please note that we do not offer returns as all our pieces are made-to-order to reduce over production and minimise waste. However, your purchase is eligible for an exchange within 3 days of delivery, only if it meets the following conditions. 

Exchanges

Exchanges will be made only once.

We offer exchanges only in the following cases: 

Incorrect Size:

If the garment delivered to you is not the correct size, it can be exchanged for a different size. Size exchanges are only available within the same pieces and are subject to availability. 

Manufacturing Defect

If you receive a damaged or an incorrect garment that does not match the item in your confirmation email then your garment will be exchanged. 

Incorrect/ Incomplete Shipping Address:

We request that you contact us immediately within 24 hours of placing your order Incase you have provided us with the wrong address. This will enable us to get the correct shipping address for your order number.
We will not be able to offer refunds if the shipping address provided by you is incorrect or incomplete or if three failed attempts have been made by the shipping partner.

 

To request an exchange:

1. Email us at arsenicbymehmatibb@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
   
2. Include your order number, reason for exchange, and the item/size you’d like in return.
   
3. For defective or incorrect items, please share images with us.
   
4. All exchange items must be:
   • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
   • With all original tags and packaging intact

Once your request is approved, you will be required to ship the product back to us. We do not cover return shipping costs. 

Once we receive your returned item, our team will conduct a thorough quality check. If a manufacturing fault or issue is approved, we will contact you promptly to discuss the next steps and ensure a suitable resolution. 

Exchange is Not Applicable In the Following Cases

• Minor color or texture variations (due to photography, lighting, or screen settings)
  
• We do not accept exchanges for accessories, sale items, or custom made garments/ custom alterations.
  
• Items returned without prior approval.
• We have a 3 day exchange policy. We reserve the right to refuse return of products that are shipped after the expiry of the 3 day grace period. 
  
  
• We will not accept return of products that are not in the same condition as you received them in. 
  
  

Important Notes

• Exchange is subject to stock availability. You will receive store credit or a replacement piece, as per availability.
  
• We are not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control (such as weather, carrier issues or customs delays) 
• We do not offer refunds or compensation for packages that are lost, stolen or mishandled after they leave our facility.
