• During new launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
  
• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

2. Shipping Within India

• We offer free shipping pan-India via trusted courier partners.
  
• Standard delivery time: 10 - 15 business days from time of dispatch.

3. International Shipping

• We currently offer worldwide shipping to select countries.
  
• International Shipping time may differ according to the location of delivery. 
  
• International shipping costs will be determined based on the destination and added at the point of purchase
  
• Customs duties and taxes (if applicable) are to be borne by the customer at the time of delivery.

4. Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Courier partners
• Natural calamities
• Customs clearance (for international orders)
• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
